How do I activate the plugin?
Select your plan to instantly get an API key, which you'll enter within the Design Buddy plugin in Figma or the add-on in Adobe Express.
How do I use the plugin?
Select your design, click "Review this design," read the feedback, make changes, and request another review if needed.
How is my monthly quota calculated?
Monthly quota is calculated using a 30-day rolling cycle. This means your quota is based on your usage in the last 30 days, rolling day by day. Every day, the cycle updates to include your latest activity, ensuring your current quota always reflects your usage over the last 30 days.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are available only if no review credits have been used. In such cases, you can request a refund at hi@designbuddy.net. If even one credit has been used, we're unable to refund for the current month, though you may cancel your plan at any time.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Visit the customer portal or check your email (used during purchase) for the message titled "Your subscription to Mighty Tools." At the bottom of the email, you'll find a Manage subscription section to update payment details or cancel your plan.
