How does the free trial work?
You can create an account with $50 of starter credits to connect a database, ask queries, and fine-tune models. After your trial credits are used, continue with a pay-as-you-go subscription.
How does fine-tuning work?
After connecting a database, you can upload training queries known as Golden SQL, which will improve the agent's performance. We recommend fine-tuning with around 10 training queries for best results.
What is the difference between fine-tuning on GPT 3.5 Turbo vs GPT-4?
Finetuning GPT-3.5-turbo is good for experiments to find the performant Golden SQL sets. After finding the final performant settings, you can fine-tune on GPT-4 which will produce higher performance.
Can I increase my limits or change my plan?
Yes, you can reach out to us at any time to upgrade to a custom enterprise plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan at any time and you'll only pay for the queries used.
How does billing work?
The total cost of queries asked and fine-tuning jobs performed will be billed at the end of each month.
