Currently we support: WAV, MP3, OGG and MP4. We strongly recommend using 16-bit 44.1kHz WAV files. Make sure you send your vocal and beat files in the same format to avoid potential timing issues.

Which export settings should I use in my DAW (Ableton, Logic, FL Studio etc.)?
We recommend exporting your projects as 16-bit, 44.1kHz WAV files. It's crucial to ensure that both your vocal and beat files are in the same format to prevent any potential timing discrepancies.

The maximum file size allowed per upload is currently 250MB, with each file having a maximum length of 15 minutes. This limit ensures optimal processing and quality of your mixes and masters.
What file format are the finished mix and master files available in?
Currently, we offer downloads in high-quality 16-bit, 44.1kHz WAV format for your mixed vocals, mixed instrumental, track mix and final master. This industry-standard specification ensures that your music is compatible with a wide range of audio platforms and maintains professional audio quality for all your productions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You have the flexibility to cancel your Cryo Mix subscription at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can opt out whenever you choose. Even after cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the next scheduled billing date.
