How do I add Coffice to my workspace?
Click “Add to Slack” or “Start free trial” on our landing page. Follow the Slack instructions to integrate the Coffice application into your workspace.
How do I add Coffice to workspace channels?
Coffice automatically adds itself to all public workspace channels and checks for new ones every 15 minutes. However, the app does not operate in private or multi-workspace chats.
How do I set up Coffice dashboard on my TV?
Sign in to the Slack Admin board. On the left side of the main menu, click the button labeled "TV board." This will redirect you to the Coffice dashboard.
How to connect BambooHR to Coffice?
Access the Slack Admin board and navigate to the Settings page. Select the BambooHR tab. Enter your domain and secret key in the provided settings column.
How to give recognition points?
Select one of the public channels where Coffice is active. In your channel’s chat box, tag one or more colleagues. Type "++" followed by a reason for your recognition.
How to add newcomers?
If your workspace is integrated with Bamboo HR and a Slack account has been created for the newcomer, Coffice will automatically identify users via email and capture the required data.
How to add birthdays?
If your workspace is integrated with Bamboo HR and a Slack account has been created for the newcomer, Coffice will automatically identify users via email and capture the required data.
How to add anniversaries?
If your workspace is integrated with Bamboo HR and a Slack account has been created for the newcomer, Coffice will automatically identify users via email and capture the required data.
How recognition points leaderboard is calculated?
By default, the leaderboard is calculated based on recognition points from the past 30 days. Additionally, users can view all-time recognition leaderboards in their profiles.
Is there a limit for recognition points?
By default, a user can give 10 recognition points per day. This setting can be adjusted by an admin in the Settings page, under the General Settings tab.
Invoicing
During the 30-day free trial, you will receive a 0 Eur invoice and are not required to add your payment details.
