How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to the 'Profile' page, and clicking on the 'Settings' icon at the top right corner. Then, scroll down until you see the 'Delete Account' button. Click on it, and follow the instructions to delete your account.

How can I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, please follow these instructions depending on the way you subscribed: * iOS: * To add, edit or remove a payment method, follow the respective steps, * Open the settings app * Tap your name * Tap Payment & Shipping * Sign in with your Apple ID * Update your payment method by editing the information * Android: * To add, edit or remove a payment method, follow the respective steps, * Open the Google Play app * Go to the Payments & subscriptions section * Select Payment methods > More > Payment settings * Change the information of the payment methods * Codeo App: * You may only cancel subscription through the Codeo app. * Tap the settings icon on the profile page * Select Manage subscriptions * Cancel Plan * Confirm your cancellation
I purchased Codeo Pro but it doesn't show
Please ensure you're using the correct login information. If you initially signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook, please tap the respective button to log in. If the issue persists, go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases. If you're using an iOS device, ensure you're logged in with the correct Apple ID in your device's settings. If the issue never gets resolved, do reach out to us for assistance.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time in any of these ways, depending on how you subscribed: * For iOS: * Go to the Settings app * Tap your Apple ID at the top * View Apple ID * Tap Payment & Shipping * Select Subscriptions * Tap Cancel Subscription and then Confirm. * For Android: * Login to your google account * Tap into Subscriptions and Services * Manage subscriptions * Select subscriptions * Select Cancel Subscriptions and then Confirm * For Codeo App: * Tap the settings icon on the profile page * Select Manage subscriptions * Cancel Plan * Confirm your cancellation If you're having trouble canceling your subscription, please contact us, and we'll help you out.
How can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds.
Which Payment methods can I use
You can purchase your subscription directly in the app, and Apple or Google will handle the purchase. As a result, you can use any payment method they support.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, the Codeo Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of your billing cycle. You may cancel the subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Your access to Codeo Pro will remain active until your current billing cycle has ended.
