About
CloudMonitor is a FinOps tool that enables companies to automate cost governance and proactively reduces cloud consumption and costs. It monitors cloud consumption costs and looks for cost-saving opportunities. CloudMonitor finds oversized resources and services that are no longer in use and suggests best practices based on real-time utilization patterns. It implements the FinOps lifecycle framework for improved cost visibility, cost allocation, and chargebacks. It provides automated azure cost management and cost controls in real-time, 24×7 so you can sleep at night knowing that your costs are as low as they possibly can be!

FAQs
What is included in all plans?
All Plans include the white-labelled Power BI Reports and CloudMonitor Analytics Engine and the Admin App, as well as all future enhancements and premium support via our Helpdesk ticketing system.
What happens if my annual spend fluctuates monthly?
No. Your bill does not vary month on month and you will not pay overages. If you exceed your current license annual spend monitoring limit for 3 months in a row then you will need to move to the next tier.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, you can cancel your CloudMonitor Subscription and uninstall it whenever you like. There are no contracts required, although we are happy to review NDAs etc.
How is billing done?
Billing is handled through the Microsoft Marketplace and is done automatically when you sign up for a CloudMonitor license. Every month Microsoft will bill for CloudMonitor just as it bills for any other Azure service.
Do you offer any discounts for Not For Profits?
Yes, all registered Not For Profits, NGOs can apply for a 50% discount on any license. Contact our Helpdesk to proceed.
Are the reports open-source?
Yes, all reports in CloudMonitor can be downloaded from Github and extended.
