How do message credits work?
Each AI response costs a certain number of message credits depending on your chosen model. Most models cost 1 message credit per response. The advanced models cost 20 message credits per response.
When are my message credits renewed?
Your message credits are renewed on the 15th of each month. Any unused credits will not carry over to the next month, so it's important to use them before the renewal date. If you run out of credits before the 15th, you can purchase additional credits or enable auto-recharge for uninterrupted service.
How do auto-recharge message credits work?
Auto-recharge adds 1,000 message credits to your account for $9 whenever your available credits fall below a threshold you set. This feature ensures continuous service without interruptions. Subscription credits renew on the 15th of each month, and any unused credits do not carry over. However, auto-recharge credits do not expire, allowing them to remain available for future use whenever needed.
What is the difference between subscription credits and auto-recharge credits?

In contrast, auto-recharge credits are automatically added when your balance falls below a set threshold, and they don’t expire, allowing them to be used at any time in the future.

If your chatbot is private, only you have access to it. If you decide to make it public, anyone with the link will be able to interact with it.
How much data can I give one chatbot?
The amount of data you can provide to one chatbot depends on your subscription plan.
How many URLs can I use to train my chatbot?
The Free plan allows training on up to 8 URLs, the Lite plan supports up to 150 URLs, the Standard plan up to 2,000 URLs, and the Scale plan up to 10,000 URLs.
