What is the mechanism behind message credits?
Message credits account for the cost of using different AI models. Each model consumes a specific number of credits per message based on its complexity and performance. Credits range from 0.2 for lightweight models like Gemini 1.5 Flash to 20 for advanced models like Claude 3 Opus.
How does the training characters work?
Training characters prevent abusive training, which consumes computing resources. A positive character count lets you retrain the chatbot using its full character limit. We deduct the actual characters used during training, calculated based on added documents. You can retrain your chatbot to full capacity at least three times monthly.
What is the definition of a single chatbot, and how does the training character allocation work?
A single chatbot has unique data and answers questions related to that data, even if built using multiple documents. Each chatbot (subscriptions and add-ons) comes with 22,000,000 training characters for retraining.
What's the user limit for my chatbot?
Private chatbots are accessible only to you. Public chatbots are accessible to anyone with the link.
Can you explain the functioning of the white labeling with the reseller plan?
With the reseller plan, you replace "Powered by Chat Data" with "Powered by Your Company." Use the API to create and manage chatbots, integrate the embedded chatbot script into your domain using provided JavaScript code.
At what point do my message credits and training characters refresh?
Message credits and training characters refresh at the beginning of each calendar month, regardless of your subscription date.
When does my plan's benefit become active?
Your plan's benefits activate immediately upon subscription. However, message credits and training characters refresh on the 1st of each month.
How can I determine the character count in my document?
After uploading your document(s), Chat Data displays the total character count for all attached documents.
Is it possible to upload multiple files to a single chatbot?
Yes, you can upload multiple files to a single chatbot by holding down the ctrl (Windows) or cmd (Mac) key and selecting the desired files.
What is the data limit for a single chatbot?
The free plan allows up to 400,000 characters (approximately 5MB). Entry, Standard, or Professional plans allow 11 million characters (around 140MB).
Could you explain the operation of the professional plan?
The Professional plan starts with 40,000 message credits. Subsequent messages are billed using your OpenAI API key (added on your account page) for cost-effective pricing.
Could you please provide information on the process for upgrading or canceling my current subscription?
Your existing subscription remains active until the end of its period. We do not offer prorated refunds as credits have already been allocated.
How do scraping credits work?
We use CAPTCHA solvers and proxies to scrape each page multiple times until success. Each successfully scraped page consumes 1 scraping credit. Credits renew automatically at the start of each month.
