What are credits and how many do I need?
Generating photos requires credits, with each photo costing 1 credit.
How soon will my photos be ready?
It takes about 15 minutes for our AI to process your photos.
What image formats and resolutions can I use?
You can upload photos in PNG, JPG, and WEBP formats, with up to 4K resolution depending on your plan.
Can I upload headless or cropped images?
Yes. Upload your cropped photo, and Botika will perfectly blend the AI model into it, keeping things natural and realistic.
Does Botika have kids or baby models?
Not yet, but we may in the future. If you're interested, let us know via info@botika.io or our in app chat service.
Can I create my own models or backgrounds?
Not yet. We don’t support custom models or backgrounds to keep the quality high.

What types of photos and poses can I use with Botika?
We currently offer two types of workflows: On-model photos & Flat lays.
Can I use accessories in my photo?
If your model is wearing accessories, our AI will try to keep them as close as possible to the original. To avoid any issues, it’s best to keep the photo “accessory-free”.
Can I use your service for jewelry, footwear, or cosmetics?
Right now, we only focus on clothing to ensure top-notch, realistic results. We plan to add more categories in the future. Stay tuned.
How many images can I upload per day?
You can upload up to 100 photos daily. Any extras will be processed the next day, not within your plan’s turnaround time.
Why are some photos marked as “unsupported”?
It means our AI engine couldn’t render your photo for various reasons.
What do I do if there are issues with my photo?
You can get a free revision by clicking on the "Photo Issue" button to request a fix.
What are credits?
Credits let you submit product photos for editing. One credit equals one photo.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.
