You can start feeding your chatbots by selecting your chatbot, and then clicking on “Sources”. Here, there are a couple of options from you to choose, including Web, Files, Texts, Q&A’s, and Speech.
Can I automatically update my chatbot sources?
Yes, you can enable scheduled source updates for dynamic sources like URLs, Websites and Sitemaps. Depending on your plan you can do this monthly, weekly, or daily. You can also manually refresh your sources at any time on all plans.
How does the human handover work?
When the AI chatbot encounters a query it cannot resolve, customers are prompted to switch to a human representative. If this option is selected, customers are asked to submit relevant details to ensure a seamless follow-up.
