Yes, during customer booking we require the customer to provide explicit opt ins. We also have a comprehensive privacy policy to support our mission to handle customer data the correct way.
Who owns the customer data I gather through BookingHub.AI?
You own your own data, we are registered with the ICO as a data processor.
Who owns BookingHub.AI?
ClearSky Logic self funded the build of My Booking Hub and received funding from the UK government through Innovate UK.
How do I integrate BookingHub.AI with my CRM system?
We offer access to our API and WebHooks to integrate with your own systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft CRM Dynamics, our in-house software development team can provide guidance and support to help get this setup for you.
Why would I want to automate bookings?
Maximise the number of bookings you can do by minimising the travel time. At the same time provide a more convenient service to your customers.
Can customers pay at the time of booking?
We are working on an integration to Square to allow you to setup payment at time of booking, this feature will become available October 2021.
I have multiple bookable resource servicing the same area, who gets the booking?
If one of the resources is available for the booking but doesn't have any other bookings for that date then they get top priority. Following on its the nearest bookable resource to the booking location.
Can I have more than one bookable resource?
Yes, you can have as many as you need. Pricing is configured on this, our standard price is £30 per month per resource.
Can customer cancel their booking?
Yes, the customer can cancel via the email confirmation which is sent out.
Can I cancel a customer booking?
Yes, the customer will receive an email update.
How does working hours work?
Each bookable resource can manage their own availability at a detailed level.
What about breaks?
A bookable resource can add in their breaks, our algorithm then works around it.
How do my customers use BookingHub.AI?
You have two options, first one is to use a microsite we provide for you. The second is to implement the MBH widget into your existing site.
