FAQs
What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend uploading diverse photos (close-ups, profiles, full-body shots) that are clear, high-quality, and don't include others or animals. Include various expressions, locations, and perspectives for best results.
How similar will the photoshoot be to my appearance?
Accuracy depends on the number and variety of photos. Better photos help the AI understand and replicate your features, leading to a more realistic photoshoot.
Is it possible to obtain a refund?
Refunds are possible within 14 days if the AI hasn't been trained. After 14 days or if you've used the service, refunds aren't available.
What will happen to my photos?
You can delete photos and datasets by deleting the studio from your account. After exhausting credits, the model is deleted within 24 hours. Contact [blockode.co@gmail.com](mailto:blockode.co@gmail.com) to delete your account and data (note: data sent to Replicate won't be deleted).
