An Active Contributor is a user who is able to edit & create Sessions, Projects, Notes, and Clips in Betafi.
What is a View-only User?
View-only Users can only view the session recordings, transcript, notes, and clips, and cannot create or edit any data within a Betafi workspace.
What is a Transcription Hour?
A Transcription Hour is an hour of video session time, either in the form of a live session on Betafi, or a cloud recording uploaded/synced to Betafi.
What is a Team Workspace?
A Team Workspace is a repository of all your projects where user access is managed, allowing you to add and remove team members and manage their permissions.
Can I pause or cancel my Betafi subscription at any time?
Yes, you can self-serve pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Betafi Dashboard.
How do you securely collect subscription payment information?
Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payments infrastructure provider.
Do unused Session Hours rollover at the end of the month or year?
Yes, unused session hours will rollover at the end of the period if not used in the prior billing period.
