What is BeeHelp?

BeeHelp is a chat bot assistant to help you answer questions or concerns from your customers or users. You just have to give it a collection of suitable questions and answers about your business and the leading artificial intelligence technology of OpenAI (chatGPT), will interact with your visitors 24 hours a day in a flawless way!

What are CLASSIC responses and PROCESSED responses?

CLASSIC answers are semantic searches in your collection of questions and answers (FAQs). The dynamic is as follows: when a visitor asks a question in the search box, the system searches among your FAQs for the two semantically closest, that is, those that probably provide the best answer to the visitor about what he has asked. On the other hand, PROCESSED responses go a step further: ChatGPT takes those two most relevant FAQs as a reference to generate a personalized response to the visitor, according to their question. In this way, the visitor saves the effort of reading the two FAQs and extracting the answer himself. On our FREE plan, we provide a maximum of 100 CLASSIC responses per day. On the other hand, in the PREMIUM plan, we offer PROCESSED responses. However, when the daily consumption limit set by the client is exceeded, only CLASSIC answers are shown, which are 100 times cheaper.

How can my users, customers or potential customers ask questions?

We provide you with a web page at beehelp.net that you can customize minimally. It shows the questions and answers (FAQs) that you have added to your account, organized by categories and even in several languages if you have translated them. At the top of the page, visitors will find a box in which they can ask their questions and the system will provide them with an answer, more or less processed according to your plan in our service. Also, you can embed our widget on any other web page and thus display both on your own website, if you already have one. In this way, you can offer answers to your visitors or clients on your own website.

What languages can be used?

You can use any language you prefer when adding FAQs to your account (e.g., Polish), and chatGPT will have no problem responding when visitors ask in that language. Even if a visitor asks a question in any other language (e.g., Catalan), chatGPT will still respond correctly and in that language to the visitor. However, this is not 100% guaranteed, as it depends on the visitor asking a complete question and not just asking something too simple like "fees?". Additionally, if you want the texts used by the Beehelp system in the interface (for buttons and automatic messages to visitors) to be in your language, we are happy to translate the interface to your language. Currently, it is available in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, and Portuguese.

Who can benefit from using BeeHelp?

BeeHelp is a service specially designed for entrepreneurs, companies, government offices, and other organizations that require a 24/7 response system to attend to their users, clients, or potential clients regarding doubts about their products or services. You don't need to have a website, as we provide you with one so that your audience can resolve their doubts through the information in your BeeHelp account. However, if you already have a website, you can embed the BeeHelp widget on it and thus attend to your audience on your own website. With BeeHelp, you can create your own collection of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and OpenAI's chatGPT technology will flawlessly respond to any query your audience may have. You can enjoy a free account with certain limitations, and then upgrade to a PREMIUM account for unlimited use.

Is it possible to create multiple independent question collections for different purposes on my website?

With your BeeHelp account, you can create different collections of questions and use each of them on various pages or services of your website. For example, you could create a collection of questions aimed at potential customers, such as a typical Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on a commercial website. On the other hand, you could create a collection of questions for existing users or customers. When ChatGPT searches for an answer for a visitor, it will exclusively use one collection or the other. When installing the Beehelp widget on your website, you will need to indicate the collection you wish to use. Additionally, in each collection, you can organize the questions by categories.

Is there a free demo version available to test the software?

In fact, you are already experiencing the software by asking questions here and receiving these responses. At least, you are testing it as a visitor. If you want to try how it works for the user who creates the collection of questions and answers that ChatGPT will use to answer your visitors and address their doubts about your products, you can sign up for a free account. Soon, we will also launch a page that will allow you to quickly test the question and answer system without the need to create an account. It will work as a "single-use" demonstration: you will create a question and an answer, and then you can ask the system questions to see how it uses the information to respond to potential visitor inquiries. However, all those tests will be lost once you close the browser tab, and you will not be able to share the link with third parties for them to try. In a few days, we will have this demonstration available.

Is it possible for you to learn from a PDF document?

Currently, BeeHelp cannot be trained through information contained in documents, such as PDF files, or by providing a URL to an article or webpage. However, we are working to make this possible in the future. For the time being, the only way to provide information to the bot about your services or products is by manually adding questions and answers to the system.

Can it be trained to talk about different topics?

You can train your BeeHelp chatbot to respond on a single topic or on multiple independent topics in different contexts, if needed, thanks to the collections of questions and answers. In one account, you can create multiple collections of questions and answers on independent topics. This allows you to, for example, create a collection of questions on business topics for your potential customers, and at the same time, another collection of questions on technical topics for your active users or customers. You can also insert the questions and answers from each collection on different websites.

Can I use it on my website?

When you register on BeeHelp, we provide you with your own page where your audience can find answers to their questions and consult the knowledge base you have added to your account. Additionally, you can also insert BeeHelp widgets on your website. There are three types of widgets available: 1. A listing of questions and answers from your knowledge base, grouped by categories, which will be displayed on your website wherever you insert the widget. 2. A search box where visitors are invited to ask their question, which will be displayed on your website wherever you insert the widget. 3. A floating bubble in the bottom right corner of your website. When clicked, the search box will be displayed in a pop-up modal box.

how accurate is bee help?

The accuracy or effectiveness of Beehelp depends on the quality of the questions and answers that the administrator user provides from the admin panel. Achieving a high level of accuracy and quality in the answers requires a continuous process of refining the question and answer bank. Usually by adding answers to "new" questions from your website visitors. This process of "curating" the knowledge base is more intensive in the first weeks.

How much does this service cost?

You can use this service for FREE, although with certain limitations. However, we have an unlimited PREMIUM plan in which you pay per use. The FREE plan allows you to add up to 100 FAQs and receive a maximum of 100 questions per day about them. For its part, the PREMIUM plan allows you to add up to 10,000 questions and answers, and receive an unlimited number of questions per day for a cost of 0.01 EUR for each one. However, to avoid excessive consumption, you can set a daily consumption limit. In both cases, OpenAI and ChatGPT services are used to answer your visitors' questions about your FAQs.

What does the FREE plan offer?

With the free plan, you can add up to 100 questions and their respective answers about your service, product or project. In addition, you can translate them into several languages and organize them by categories. Each question can have up to 20 words and each answer up to 120 words (equivalent to about 2 generous paragraphs). We also provide you with a minimally customizable page that your customers or users can visit to get answers to their questions. If you already have a website, you can also embed our widget on it. Your visitors can ask a maximum of 100 questions per day, and the system will show the FAQs that you have added most related to their concerns. Once the limit of 100 questions per day is exceeded, the system will hide the search box and only show the FAQs that you have defined as "visible". If you need more words per question/answer or unlimited answers per day, or if you want ChatGPT to generate a personalized answer for each visitor, you need the PREMIUM plan.

What does the PREMIUM plan offer?

With the PREMIUM plan, you have the possibility to add up to 10,000 questions and their respective answers (FAQ) about your service, product or project. In addition, you can translate them into several languages and organize them by categories. Each question can have up to 40 words and each answer up to 240 words (equivalent to about 5 generous paragraphs). We also provide you with a minimally customizable page that your customers or users can visit to get answers to their questions. If you already have a website, you can also embed our widget on it. When your visitors use the search box, the system performs two actions: it shows the two FAQs that are most related to the question asked (through semantic search) and, in addition, ChatGPT generates a personalized answer. The latter is not available in the FREE plan. Each time the system generates a personalized response, 0.01 EUR is deducted from your account balance. To avoid excessive consumption, you can set a daily consumption limit. If this limit is reached, the system will only display the two FAQ questions most relevant to the visitor's question and will not generate custom responses from ChatGPT. The cost of 100 responses of this type is 0.01 EUR.
