What is the Runtime?
Runtime is the total amount of time your bots can run per month. Unused runtime doesn't carry over.
What is the Cloud Single-run Limit?
We limit the maximum duration of each bot run to ensure cloud resource availability.
Is my data private?
Yes! When running in the cloud, processed data isn't stored. When running locally, data never leaves your PC.
Do I need to know how to code?
Axiom.ai is no-code, but functionality can be extended with code (optional).
Does Axiom have an API or integrations?
Yes! Pro and higher tiers use our API, Zapier, and Make integrations.

How can I check my Runtime?
Your Runtime usage is in the extension; hover over the percentage ring for details.
Do failed runs count against my Runtime?
No, only successful runs count.
Can I run my automations in the cloud?
Yes, in the cloud or locally using the desktop app. API/integration-triggered automations run in the cloud.
Does Axiom come with a desktop app?
Optional, but required to handle files.
Do you offer custom plans?
Custom plans may be available if the Ultimate tier is insufficient (not for lower tiers).
Do you offer annual plans/billing?
Annual plans/billing may be offered for Ultimate tier users (not lower tiers).
How can I change my subscription?
Open the extension, click "change plan", and select your plan. You can't revert to the free trial.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, subscriptions can't be paused, but you can cancel and reactivate later.
