What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend uploading various photos (close-ups, profiles, full-body shots) that are clear, high-quality, and without other people or animals. Include diverse expressions, locations, backgrounds, and perspectives for best results.
How similar will the avatar be to my appearance?
Accuracy depends on photo number and variety. Better photos mean the AI better understands and replicates your features, resulting in a closer resemblance.
Is it possible to obtain a refund?
Refunds are possible within 14 days if the AI hasn't been trained. After 14 days or if you've used the service, refunds aren't available.
What will happen to my photos?
Photos and datasets can be deleted by deleting the studio from your account. Once credits are used, the model is deleted within 24 hours. Contact support to delete your account and data.
