Attention Insight is an AI-powered analytics tool that provides predictive attention heatmaps and design analysis to optimize designs before launch. How does the free trial work?
Sign up for a free 14-day trial of Attention Insight and enjoy access to basically all features. We will notify you before your trial expires, and you can decide whether to subscribe to a paid plan or let your trial expire. No payment information is required.
What does one credit count as?
1 credit is charged for: 1 image or URL analysed (up to 3 viewports). Additional charge for longer images: +1 credit for each additional 3 viewports. 1 separate viewport analysis in a long image (when you select the viewport area and click ‘Analyse’). 1 AI recommendation request.
Do you offer yearly price plans?
Yes. Attention Insight gives you the option to pay for your plans annually with a 20% discount before VAT. Contact us using the Intercom pop-up at the bottom of your screen or send us an email at support@attentioninsight.com.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or educational institutions?
Yes, we offer discounts to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Please support@attentioninsight.com for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, invoicing is available on the subscription page. For additional payment options, including wire transfers, please contact us using the Intercom pop-up at the bottom of your screen or send us an email at support@attentioninsight.com.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features.
How do I cancel my Attention Insight subscription?
To cancel your subscription, launch the Attention Insight app and click on the profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Then go to your Subscription Page. There you will have the opportunity to review your subscription or cancel it.
How does billing work? When will I be charged?
Once you subscribe to a monthly plan, your card will be charged every month on the same day your subscription started. Similarly, for yearly plans, your card will be charged annually on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Do you offer a demo or a guided tour of the platform?
Yes, we offer a live demo call which you can book here. Additionally, we provide an interactive walkthrough on our web app and a product tour video accessible from your dashboard.
Do you provide onboarding assistance?
Yes, we offer a live onboarding call session for users who subscribe to a Hero plan, typically lasting around 45 minutes. Additionally, we provide tutorials in our Knowledge Base and on our blog, including Getting Started with Attention Insight Web App, Chrome extension, and Figma plugin to help you get started.

Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
