Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, product descriptions, and other content

• Develop detailed user guides, tutorials, and FAQs

• Create content that aligns with industry trends and addresses customer pain points

• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in testing connectivity software (both on device firmware and cloud infrastructure) and network protocols

Other Requirements:

• Experience in CI/CT (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/..), release, and change management tools i.e. GIT or similar GitLab.

• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP, HTTP, UDP) and networking equipment.

• Good understanding (on-hands & theoretical) on connectivity technologies – WiFi (knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards is a must), L2-L7 network layers,

• Hands on knowledge on network tools such as – Packet generators (Ex: iPerf), Packet Sniffers, AP/ Client simulators, RF Chambers, Interference Generators

• Knowledge of programming languages C and Linux Shell Scripting required.

• Good understanding of Linux Environment is required.

• Optional: CCIE Enterprise Wireless Certification

• Reporting testing progress, challenges, and results to relevant stakeholders

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 6 – 9 years of product automation experience

Other Requirements:

• Automation experience at Unit, Integration and End-to-End level

• Experience with Selenium, Mocha/jest/chai, GraphiQL, POSTMAN or similar tools.

• Experience in CI/CT (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/..), release, and change management tools i.e. GIT or similar GitLab.

• Hands-on experience in Linux and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Oracle etc.)

• Knowledge of modern web application and service development, i.e. HTTP, TLS, JSON, XML, and cryptography

• Programming experience in Linux Shell Script and Java/JS/NodeJS/Python/..

• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP, HTTP, UDP) and networking equipment.

• Basic knowledge of DBMS like SQL, NoSQL

• Good to have experience on SaaS product environment
