Will I own the copyright of artworks I make?
Yes, you own all content generated using the platform and can use it for commercial purposes. This includes all images and videos and music you generate.
How do I get tokens?
Newly registered users receive 100 initial tokens. Users can earn 50 tokens per day by checking in. You can also get more tokens by purchasing a subscription. Subscribers can get more tokens by purchasing Supply.
What is the difference between fixd tokens and subscription tokens?
Fixd tokens come from the first login gift ,daily check-in and supply purchase, they exist permanently and will not be refreshed, while subscription tokens are derived from subscription plans and will be refreshed monthly.
What to do after I use up my subscription credits？
You can wait for the next month's subscription tokens to refresh, Or by buying Supply to get fixed tokens.
How do I change my subscription plan?
This feature will be available soon on aitubo station.Currently,you can only cancel your current subscription by Manage Subscriptions，and then resubscribe to a new plan after the end of the current subscsription cycle.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel your current subscription via the "Manage Subscriptions" button at the top.If you have any questions, please contact our support team [support@aitubo.ai].
Will my subscription plan renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription plan will renew automatically. If you don’t wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel your subscription by Manage Subscriptions. Otherwise, you will be automatically charged on each subscription cycle date.
