What are the prerequisites for using AGLO?
AGLO is a 100% online application, you don’t need to install any software. All you need is internet access and a recent browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
How do I add a collaborator to the project?
4 steps are enough to add a collaborator: * Ask your collaborator to create an account on AGLO. * Then go to the home page of your project. * Click on the “Add” button in the Team window and indicate the email of your collaborator (this must be the one with which he created his account). * He will then receive an email of proposal to collaborate on your project.
How do I import my data from an Excel file?
You have the option to migrate DPGF data from an Excel file. The manipulation must be done lot by lot, you must copy the elements that interest you on your Excel, then paste them into your new project by right-clicking / pasting on the indication “Paste from Excel”.
What to do in case of internet outage?
Your work is automatically saved with each modification. Don't panic, you will find your work in the event of a network outage!
How to export the parts of my DCE?
You have the possibility to export your written pieces by clicking on the button at the top left of the Online DCE tab. You have the choice of exporting the following parts: DPGF / DPGF+DQE / CCTP / Estimate.
How do I share my DCE with my companies?
By clicking on the Company tab, you can first add companies to the “My companies” column from your address book. Then, by dragging the company file into the “DCE sent” column, your contact receives a co-signed email between AGLO and you asking them to quote online the lots you have assigned to them.
How does my craftsman carry out his quotation?
When the craftsman receives the quotation request email, he then clicks on the indicated link and is automatically redirected to your DCE. He does not need to create an account and can complete the quotation online easily and quickly. He can also add a line to the lot or modify quantities if needed. You will see the changes made to your DCE in color.
What does the percentage figure on the company file represent?
The percentage represents the filling rate of the quote. You can also see if the craftsman has opened the quotation request email. If necessary, you can contact the company in question directly from this sheet.
How to receive quotes from my companies?
When a company has finalized its quote, its file automatically moves to the “DCE quoted” column. Then click on the Quotation / Detail tab to see the company's quotation. You can also navigate through the quote history from the drop-down list at the top right of the quote.
How to consult companies from the AGLO+ network?
In the Company tab, click on the blue “Add a company” then “AGLO+ Company” button, then indicate your needs in terms of companies. A member of our team will contact you to refine your request and offer you qualified companies from the AGLO+ network.
How do the DCE Indices and quote versions work?
If you need to correct your CCTP and/or DPGF during the project, simply return to the “DCE online” tab. AGLO will then offer to create a new index of your DCE. Once the modifications have been made, go to the Company page, and click on the “Update the DCE version” button located on each company's file. The company will then receive an email asking them to update their quote.
How to duplicate a project?
Create a new project on your home page and then in the DCE online tab, click on “Import a lot” at the bottom of the summary. Then select the lots that interest you and import them into your new project. (The CCTP will also be imported).
What guarantees do I have on the security and confidentiality of my data?
We work with several highly secure and encrypted servers to lose no data. Furthermore, all your data belongs to you, and you can retrieve or delete it at any time. To find out more, click here.
What do you call generalities of the CSTB?
The generalities are the explanatory and sometimes legal paragraphs that you can put in your CCTPs before each lot. These generalities are important because they protect you, as well as your client if they have not been respected by the company.
Will my companies respond in AGLO?
Today, more than 1000 companies respond to projects in AGLO. We have taken particular care to develop a simple app for building companies that are not all comfortable with digital tools. So much so that many companies thank us for the time saved in quoting thanks to AGLO.
