What is the difference between the Free plan and Agent Plus?
Our Free plan gives you access to essential features. Agent Plus unlocks more characters, advanced training, cloud-sync, AI Vision, and a commercial license.
How does the free trial and refund policy work?
While we don’t offer a “trial”, our Free plan is always available. If, within 14 days, you decide Agent Plus isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund your payment in full.
What happens if I decide to cancel my Agent Plus subscription?
If you cancel Agent Plus, your account reverts to our Free plan. You’ll lose access to premium features, but your data and conversations will remain.
Is there a monthly payment option?
We offer a monthly subscription for Agent Plus at $19/month (discounted from $29/mo) or an annual plan with two months free.
Are there any discounts or coupons available?
Our current pricing for Agent Plus is already very affordable. The value far outweighs the cost.
How secure is my personal and billing information?
We use industry-leading encryption and trusted payment processors (like Stripe) to keep your information safe and private.
What if I have questions or need support after upgrading?

Can I upgrade or switch plans later on?
You can upgrade to Agent Plus anytime. If you switch back to the Free plan, you won't lose data. Switching between monthly/annual plans mid-subscription isn't possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process all transactions securely via Stripe, accepting all major credit and debit cards.
