Do my credits roll over to the next month?
Credits from the monthly plan are valid for 2 months. Credits from the annual plan or credit packs expire after 1 year.
How does the credit system work?
Each karaoke track costs between 5 to 10 credits to generate, depending on whether you provide the lyrics. Once created, you can export and manually sync as many times as you want without extra credits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the Billing section in Youka and follow the prompts, or contact our support team via chat or email at support@youka.io.
