Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Performance Analysis, Sport Science, Data Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
Experience Requirements:
Experience as a video or data analyst working with coaches
Experience filming and coding soccer training sessions or matches
Working knowledge of Hudl Sportscode or similar video analysis platforms
Strong understanding of soccer tactics and principles of play
Other Requirements:
Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Ability to operate video cameras; drone experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Deliver video and data support aligned with team standards
Record, capture, and code First Team training and matches
Prepare and edit clips to support player development
Contribute to the opponent scouting process
Support game day setup and live analysis workflows
