How do I access my subscription after purchase?
Your plan is automatically added to your Xmind account or team; log in to check your subscription status.
How to cancel the subscription?
Sign in, find your plan in My Works/team, go to Settings > Plans, and click the Cancel button to initiate the cancellation process.
What is the refund policy?
Our policy does not support refunds for plans or Credits Add-on. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle ends, with no additional charges.

Credits are a virtual currency for Xmind AI features like generating mind maps, creating to-do lists, and expanding ideas. They are consumed per AI content generation.
How are credits consumed in Xmind AI?
Credits are used each time you engage AI features; the number varies by function (e.g., 2-4 for ideas, 3-6 for maps). Unused monthly subscription credits reset.

How to change my team size?
Go to your Team Settings, navigate to Plans > Team Size > Adjust, then change the number of seats and click Confirm.
How does Xmind AI charge when I change my team size?
Monthly: adding seats bills full month, removing seats has no refund but renewal adjusts. Yearly: adding seats prorated, removing seats has no refund.
Does Xmind AI work on mobile and desktop?
Currently, Xmind AI is online-only, accessible via browser on any device with data synchronization. You can also install PWA for a native-like experience.
How will my data be used in Xmind AI?
Xmind AI respects your privacy and does not store any sensitive data. Anonymous in-app interactions are tracked to help improve the product constantly.
