How do I access my subscription after purchase?
Your plan is automatically added to your Xmind account/team upon purchase. Simply log in to verify your subscription status under My Works (Premium) or Teams (Business).
How to cancel the subscription?
To cancel, sign in, find My Works/team name in the Sidebar, right-click, select Settings, go to Plans, locate the Cancel button, and click it to start the cancellation process.
What is the refund policy?
Our policy does not support refunds for Xmind Premium/Business/Enterprise plans or Credits Add-ons. You can cancel your subscription anytime; cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle.

How to change my team size?
To change team size: Go to Team Settings > Plans > Team Size > Adjust, then modify the number of seats and click Confirm. A confirmation will be sent.
How does Xmind AI charge when I change my team size?
Monthly: Adding seats incurs a full month's charge per new seat. Removing seats updates the next fee, no refund. Yearly: Adding seats prorates charge until cycle end. Removing seats updates fee, no refund.
How to Redeem a Code for Xmind Premium?
To redeem a code: Sign in to Xmind AI, right-click My Works, select Setting, go to Plans, click 'Have a code?', enter your code, and click Redeem.
