How do I get started with the Superdwell interior design service?
To get started, simply follow this link. You can choose to upload a picture of your room or create something completely new. Then just answer a few questions about your preferences and requirements. Once you’re done, our expert AI-powered interior designers will start creating a design for your room.
What type of questions will a Superdwell designer ask me?
Our designer will ask about your style preferences, color choices, any specific furniture you’d like to include and other relevant details to better understand your vision for the room.
How accurate are the designs provided by Superdwell interior designers?
Superdwell AI interior designers are trained on a vast database of interior design concepts, styles, and trends. They are capable of creating accurate and realistic designs based on the information you provide and the datasets they are trained on. However, the Superdwell service uses ground-breaking technology, some of which is in its infancy. Because of this, designs might contain inaccuracies or unexpected details. We are working hard to make the next release of Superdwell ever more accurate and amazing.
How can I buy the items shown in the design?
Each room design comes with ‘hotspots’. These are clickable links placed on each piece of furniture or accessory in the design. Clicking these hotspots will direct you to a third party online website where you may be able to purchase an item. Superdwell assumes no responsibility for the content, products, quality, suitability, functionality, legality, privacy policies, or practices of any third party website. You can read more about this in our Terms of Use.
What if I don’t like the design?
We offer all of our customers three free room designs so they can get to know our service and designers. If you’re not happy with the first design, you can make adjustments and your virtual designer will generate a new design.
How long does it take to receive a design?
Your designer will typically generate a design within 1-2 minutes of receiving your information. However, this could vary depending on the complexity of your room, how busy our service is and the speed of your internet connection.
Are there any size or shape restrictions for the rooms?
Our AI is capable of designing rooms of all shapes and sizes. However, all room designs are shown in pictures with a 5:4 aspect ratio, so keep this in mind when uploading your picture and requesting your room design.
What if I can’t find the exact furniture piece suggested in the room design?
While we strive to provide room designs with shoppable products, the Superdwell service may create designs featuring products that are not available to purchase. We will always try to offer websites and shopping links to similar looking products.
Can the Superdwell interior designers consider the natural light and existing architectural features in my room?
Yes, Superdwell designers consider all visible features in the picture of your room, including natural light and existing architectural features, to create a design that complements your space.
Is my information secure?
We take data privacy seriously. All the information you provide, including your room photos and personal preferences, are securely stored and used in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Can I use this service for commercial spaces as well as residential?
Absolutely, our interior designers are adept at designing both residential and commercial spaces. You can specify the space during your chat with your virtual interior designer.
Does the service accommodate specific design themes, such as minimalist, boho, or industrial?
Yes, our interior designers are trained in a wide range of design styles and themes. During the question phase, you will have the opportunity to specify your preferred style by selecting room styles that you like.
I have some pieces of furniture that I want to keep in the room. Can the virtual designer incorporate them in the design?
It’s not currently possible to ask Superdwell designers to keep specific items in your room design. It’s something we’re working on!
Can I use this service if I’m only looking to redecorate a section of my room?
At the moment, we only offer a full room redesign service. We hope to soon be offering a feature that will allow you to specify which area of your room you want redesigned.
