The Pro trial period is 30 days. You start on the free Starter plan, and can activate the Pro trial via the app's subscription page without needing card details upfront.
Can I use Spoked for free?
Yes, you can use the free Starter plan, which offers more flexibility than static cycling training templates, without needing to subscribe.
Where can I download Spoked?
Spoked is available for download from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How do I pay for Spoked?
Payments are processed through Apple Pay or Google Pay within the Spoked app's subscription page. You are charged only when you enter your card details and subscribe.
Will I be charged automatically when I start the Pro Plan trial?
No, you will not be charged automatically. No card details are required for the 30-day Pro Plan trial. You decide whether to subscribe after the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Spoked subscription, you need to access your Google or Apple subscription settings directly, as cancellation is not managed within the Spoked app.
If I purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month Pro Plan and then downgrade to the Basic Plan will I receive a partial refund?
No, partial refunds are not provided for downgrades from 3, 6, or 12-month Pro Plans. Your current subscription will complete its term on the original plan.
Can you extend my trial?
Yes, if you need more time for your trial, you can contact Spoked by sending an email to hello@spoked.ai to request an extension.
