Responsibilities:

• Manages the HR administrative workload that supports the entire employee’s life cycle from hire to exit utilizing HRMS and other technology platforms

• Assists with the recruitment and interview process

• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the managers and directors

• Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks

• Welcomes new hires on their first day and performs HR-related orientation topics, training, etc

Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test software solutions for UAV autonomy, sensor integration, and image processing

• Contribute to the development of AI/ML algorithms for target detection, tracking, and navigation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture and performance optimization

• Support the integration of software into hardware systems, including drones and UAV platforms
