How do I edit an entry?
To edit a recent entry, re-open it from the Reflect tab or use the menu. For older entries, go to the History tab, find the entry, make changes, and save.
How do I delete an entry?
Go to the History tab, open list mode, swipe left on the entry, and click Delete. To delete all entries for a form, use the 'Delete All' button.
How do I edit a form?
To edit a form, use the menu to select 'Edit Form', or swipe right on the form name in the Reflect tab. Adjust metrics, settings, or notifications, then save changes.
How do I view the history for a specific form type?
Go to the History tab, open calendar mode, then select the desired form name from the 'Display' dropdown menu to filter entries.
How do I specify a custom date/time of recording when I submit a form?
In the form, click the menu, select 'Set Custom Time', and choose the desired date and time. This can also be done retroactively when editing history entries.
How do I add a notification?
Add global notifications in Settings on the Reflect tab. For form-specific notifications, press 'Add Notification' when editing the form itself.
How do I plot the values of a metric over time?
Go to the Plots page, create a new plot by selecting a metric. Edit/add metrics, customize date range, and adjust display settings. You can also pinch/zoom and resize plots.
How do I import historical data from elsewhere?
Refer to the 'Importing from CSV' tutorial for detailed instructions on importing historical data into the application.
Why doesn’t Reflect offer an API?
Reflect does not offer an API to uphold its strict privacy policy, which states that user data is not collected or housed on its servers for any purpose.
How do I link to apps for my wearable devices and import my data?
Refer to the integration tutorial. Reflect currently supports Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, and local weather. More integrations are planned for the future.
