How do I edit an entry?
Edit the latest entry from the Reflect tab using 'Edit Last MM/DD HH:mm' or the menu. For past entries, go to the History tab, find the entry, make changes, and save.
How do I delete an entry?
Go to the History tab, open list mode. Swipe left and click the red trash icon or 'Delete' button. To delete all entries for a form, use the 'Delete All' button in history list mode.
How do I edit a form?
Edit a form via the menu, selecting 'Edit Form', or by swiping right on the form name on the Reflect tab and pressing the pencil icon. Adjust metrics, settings, or notifications, then save changes.
How do I view the history for a specific form type?
In the History tab, open calendar mode. Select the desired form name from the 'Display' dropdown menu below the calendar. This filters the entries to that specific reflection type.
How do I specify a custom date/time for form recording?
In the form, click the ellipsis menu, then select 'Set Custom Time' and choose the desired date and time. You can also retroactively change this when editing an entry from your history.
How do I add a notification?
Add global notifications via the Settings page in the sidebar on the Reflect tab by enabling 'Daily Notification'. For form-specific notifications, press 'Add Notification' when editing the form.
How do I plot metric values over time?
Go to the Plots page. Create a new plot by selecting a metric. Edit/add metrics, clear plots, or customize date ranges using controls. Adjust height by dragging or zoom with pinch gestures on the horizontal axis.
How do I import historical data from elsewhere?
Refer to the 'Importing from CSV' tutorial for detailed instructions on importing your historical data into Reflect.
Why doesn’t Reflect offer an API?
Reflect does not offer an API to uphold its strict privacy policy of not collecting user data, as an API would necessitate housing and serving personal data on their servers.
How do I link to apps for my wearable devices and import data?
Refer to the integration tutorial. Reflect currently supports Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, and local weather integrations, with plans to add more in the future.
