1. What is the maximum length of audio you can submit to the APIs?
Pronunciation API: 30s. Scripted API: 60s. Unscripted API: 2 minutes.
2. How does your system work with students that have an accent?
Our AI has been trained on native speaker and ESL audio data to ensure it focuses on mistakes and their types over correcting an accent.
3. Can I get a free trial?
Absolutely, we offer a 7 day free API trial to everyone.
4. Do we provide content or lesson plans?
No, we are a technology company and do not provide content or lesson plans.
5. Does LC provide a front-end for the APIs?
We don't provide a front end for the APIs but we do provide a copy of our demo code. You can download it [here](/external-lc-demo-master.zip).
6. Can I change the question/s frequently?
Sure, you can ping our APIs with any content! Pick and choose what you like your students to be assessed on.
7. What is the uptime commitment with LC?
98.5% but check [here](https://languageconfidence2.statuspage.io/) for historical data to see our uptime.
8. What browsers or operating systems do your APIs support?
Our APIs are platform-agnostic and integrate into any platform, web or mobile app.
9. Do you support LMS integration?

10. Do your APIs work offline?
We don’t offer an offline mode at the moment.
11. How quickly are results available?
Latency of results is related to the length of the audio submitted and the packet size of the audio sent for processing: Pronunciation API: 1-5s. Scripted API: 2-6s. Unscripted API: 4-20s.
12. How am I charged for using LC?

13. How do I monitor my API usage?
Via the analytics dashboard in the [developer portal](https://portal.languageconfidence.ai).
