Education Requirements:

• Academic degree from a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. A Master's degree for recent graduates or a Bachelor's backed with real-world experience.

Experience Requirements:

• Worked with relational databases (eg: PostgresDB) and you are familiar with their setup

• Knowledge of time-series databases like TimescaleDB is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 years in a tech firm (e.g., Palantir), top-tier consultancy, or digital transformation role in a manufacturing company, with a proven track record of leading complex projects

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and drive actionable insights

• Willingness to travel internationally for customer engagements and on-site deployments (25 - 75%)

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges, with the ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions are a strong plus

Other Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Fluency in German is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify operational challenges and align EthonAI's solutions with their strategic objectives

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of EthonAI's MAS, ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing systems and processes

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs

• Conduct on-site visits to manufacturing facilities to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure effective solution implementation

• Develop and execute strategies to facilitate organizational change, ensuring successful adoption and long-term utilization of EthonAI's tools

• Work cross-functionally with the product, engineering and sales teams to provide the customers’ point of view, to help us perfect our platform and product offering
