How do you count the number of sent emails?
We count each email you send to one contact as a single email. Sending the same email to multiple contacts adds to your sent email count.
What contacts do I pay for?
You only pay for active contacts. This includes contacts who have subscribed to your newsletters and are actively engaging with your campaigns.
What currencies are accepted?
We accept both Czech Koruna (Kč) and Euros (EUR).
