How does it work?
1. Place an order of _Galactic Adventures_ and receive a link to personalize your book. 2. Upload multiple pictures of up to three characters you’d like to appear in the story and on the cover. 3. We’ll transform your photos into lifelike illustrations and send you a preview to review. 4. We print and ship your personalized book straight to your door. Don't worry if you don't have the pictures ready—you can upload them later or share a link for someone else to do it for you.
Is this a subscription?
No, this is not a subscription. You can order books anytime you like, with no commitments.
What size is the book and how many pages?
Our books are crafted as premium large-format hardcovers, measuring 11 x 11 inches (28 x 28 cm), featuring 30 illustrated pages.
What ages are the books for?
Space Adventures is recommended for ages 2 and up.
What are the shipping costs?
We provide free standard shipping within the United States. For other destinations, shipping options and costs can be reviewed at checkout. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
What if I'm not fully satisfied?
We want every DreamStories unboxing to feel magical. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll replace or refund it in line with our refund policy.
What pictures should I upload?
We need a few high-quality close-up photos of each character with varied expressions, backdrops, and lighting. Ensure the face is fully visible—no sunglasses, hats, or group shots. No worries if your pictures aren’t ready—you can upload them later or share a link for someone else to do it for you.
How do you ensure the privacy of my data?
Our business model is clear: we sell personalized books. **We never monetize or sell your data or photos to anyone.** Your information remains confidential and secure; all data is encrypted and transmitted via secure networks. Photos are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your orders, after which they are permanently deleted. For more details, please see our privacy policy.
How many characters can I add to the story?
You can add one protagonist and up to two sidekicks, perfect for including family members in the adventure! If you’d prefer not to add any characters, that’s perfectly fine—our story will feature two astronauts with masks, so their faces will not be visible.
Can I include my pet in the story?
Yes! We support adding pets to the story. Simply upload a few high-quality pictures of your pet, and we’ll transform them into a unique illustrated character alongside your protagonist.
