Cybord is an AI-powered platform that uses visual-AI to inspect and verify the quality and traceability of electronic components throughout the manufacturing process. It identifies counterfeit and low-quality components, preventing defects and increasing productivity. Cybord integrates seamlessly into existing production lines, analyzing images and data from 100% of components. It combines this visual data with existing production data to provide real-time quality and traceability insights for OEMs and EMS. Cybord's technology is currently part of the IPC standard and is becoming a test method of SAE anti-counterfeit testing. The platform offers three main solutions: Kingfisher (incoming inspection), Aquila (in-process inspection), and Osprey (final inspection). Cybord provides professional services to analyze suspected boards and components. The company was founded by Dr. Eyal Weiss after a crisis involving counterfeit components in a defense project.
