• Provide in-depth technical assistance during product integration and implementation

• Troubleshoot and resolve software functionality and performance issues for customers

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations

• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team

• Travel to client sites to understand their needs and deliver tailored services
