How are credits consumed?
Credits are used for AI model input/output tokens, video/audio training, tool invocation, and training data. Specific costs vary; see the pricing page for details.
Do credits expire?
No, credits don't expire as long as your subscription is active. Free plan credits expire monthly.
When are my credits topped up?
Credits are added at the start of each calendar month, regardless of subscription date.
What is a token?
A token is a unit of text (character or word) used by LLMs. For example, "AI is amazing!" has four tokens.
Is there a maximum number of documents or videos I'm allowed to upload?
No, upload as many as you like, but create specialized AI assistants for different domains and link them in an AI Team for better results.
Can I upload a YouTube video?
Yes, simply paste the YouTube URL. The AI assistant will learn from it, and you can preview the relevant section.
Can I integrate my own API?
Yes, use our no-code interface to integrate your own APIs and fine-tune data access using extractors.
Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes, the free plan is free forever, but unused assistants are deleted after 7 days.
What is an AI Team?
An AI Team is a group of specialist AI assistants working together to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Can I see the sources of AI Assistant responses?
Yes, view sources directly on our platform or via a shareable link, which includes previews and automatic navigation to the relevant section.
How many users can use my AI Assistant?
Unlimited; you can invite coworkers to easily use your AI Teammates.
What is a chunk?
A chunk is a segment of your training data (documents, websites) that helps the AI assistant process and retrieve info efficiently. A 2-page PDF is typically 3 chunks.
