Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect or Sales Engineer
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in Python and experience working with RESTful APIs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting product demonstrations
Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
Travel is a job requirement. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and provide your own transportation to regularly drive locally/regionally to conduct company business. Less frequent (overnight) national travel may also be required for tradeshows and other business activities; this involves having the ability to travel by air or train.
