Education Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in designing with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills and creativity across various mediums

Other Requirements:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively & strong eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design outputs

• Fintech startup experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Brand identity - Develop & maintain visual identity of the Alphanso brand by creating captivating brand assets including logos, color palettes, typography, & brand guidelines

• Marketing collateral - Develop creatives for social media posts, digital ads, blog posts, and other promotional materials that resonate with the target audience

• Website & digital design - Create beautiful & user-friendly web designs, landing pages & digital assets that enhance overall user experience

Education Requirements:

• Hold/Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrate prior experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech or high-growth startup space

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages, such as Golang, Python, Java

• Experience with cloud-based platforms, preferably GCP, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture

• Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including database design and optimization

• Some knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks, such as flutter or native ios/android

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and Agile development methodologies

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
