Education Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in designing with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills and creativity across various mediums

Other Requirements:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively & strong eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design outputs

• Fintech startup experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Brand identity - Develop & maintain visual identity of the Alphanso brand by creating captivating brand assets including logos, color palettes, typography, & brand guidelines

• Marketing collateral - Develop creatives for social media posts, digital ads, blog posts, and other promotional materials that resonate with the target audience

• Website & digital design - Create beautiful & user-friendly web designs, landing pages & digital assets that enhance overall user experience

Education Requirements:

• Hold/Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrate prior experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech or high-growth startup space

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages, such as Golang, Python, Java

• Experience with cloud-based platforms, preferably GCP, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture

• Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including database design and optimization

• Some knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks, such as flutter or native ios/android

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and Agile development methodologies

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to transform business requirements into technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our innovative investment platform.

• Optimise platform performance and speed while ensuring intuitive user interfaces.

• Seamlessly integrate various systems, databases, and APIs.

• Employ best practices and coding standards to create clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability and performance of the platform.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities.
