What is Hatchet?
Hatchet is your AI companion for when you get paged. Hatchet is able to read logs, comms channels and code to actively suggest code fixes.
How do you triage & investigate pages?
For every service, you can point Hatchet towards the logs, whether it's an S3 bucket, CloudWatch, DataDog or another format. From there Hatchet is able to inspect the log during a page and develop possible pathways for investigation and if required, also suggest fixes.
How does Hatchet deal with data security?
Your data is 100% trained on-prem as a self-hosted solution. We utilize Code Llama 2 to mitigate any security concerns. Furthermore, Hatchet has 0 telemetry, meaning it functions completely within your VPC.
How do I integrate Hatchet into my alerting system?
Hatchet can be integrated into any system by simply calling it in the entrypoint and pointing it to the service's log file. From there, Hatchet does the rest! 🪄
Why would I need Hatchet?
