Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in algorithm development

• Experience in training LLMs, such as Llama, DeepSeek or similar

• Experience in designing benchmarks and evaluating LLM applications

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning frameworks

• Passion for exploring new technologies and techniques to enhance improve algorithm performance and product features

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem- solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and test algorithms and AI-empowered solutions for various product features and applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into algorithmic solutions

• Perform research on emerging trends, algorithms, and cutting-edge technologies, and identify ways to incorporate them into our products pragmatically

• Propose new and innovative solutions to complex problems and lead the development of algorithms in those areas

• Design, cleanse, and utilize benchmarks throughout the process of the algorithm development

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, including React (or similar frameworks) with a deep understanding of state management, component lifecycles, and hooks

• Proven expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of web application architecture

• A track record of successfully leading technical projects or teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and inspire team members

Other Requirements:

• Experience in building IDE extensions or similar tools

• Working knowledge of Kotlin

• Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical lead for the Qodo Gen IDE plugin product, providing direction and guidance for front-end development projects

• Architect and deliver state-of-the-art user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams

• End-to-end contribution to each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation and release

• Champion technical excellence by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices

• Influence and shape the product's vision and strategy by bringing in innovative ideas and technical expertise

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Engineering Management with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency is required in enough of these parts of our stack Python/Node, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS(or similar frontend frameworks)

Other Requirements:

• A proven success in either turning a team around or shifting it from good to better — you know how to drive learning for a team

• You bring an independent, entrepreneurial attitude and are excited about working in a fast-paced, uncertain, and big-vision environment

• Having worked on B2C or B2D products is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

• Make plans, iterate and pivot with your team to achieve the team’s goals

• Be an excellent partner to product to make dreams into feasible and impactful realities

• Strike a balance between strategic vision and tactical implementation

• Coach, challenge and engage the engineers in your team, so they can achieve their own goals and keep building products developers love

• Spend ±20% of your time doing hands-on work on non-critical path parts of the team’s systems, so you can help make things better and be able to be part of the on-call rotation
