Why doesn't Lensa detect faces sometimes or incompletely?
When the person is far away, photos do not have high quality or part of the face is not visible, our algorithms cannot guarantee processing quality. In these cases, Lensa adjustments become inactive.
Are new filters coming to Lensa?
Yes, new filters will be added soon. Please follow our updates to see them.
Why can't I access my purchased Magic Avatars?
Try opening Magic Avatars again; if the pack is displayed, wait for loading. If not, contact Apple Support for a refund, as we cannot process refunds directly from our side.
Is the Mac version optimized?
At the moment, the Mac version is not optimized, and we recommend using the Mobile version for the best experience.
