Experience Requirements:

• Build & Design: Develop Scytale’s cloud-based platform using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, microservices, and containerized solutions

• Architect Solutions: Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software

• Full-Stack Development: Implement backend logic, create intuitive frontends, and integrate with third-party APIs

• Collaborate: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform

Experience Requirements:

• 2–5 years of on-quota SaaS B2B sales experience as an Account Executive (or equivalent) in a competitive market

Other Requirements:

• Proven success in exceeding sales targets within high-growth environments

• Native English speaker \ mother tongue (US or UK native) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to source new opportunities through outbound efforts while effectively managing a high volume of leads

• Prior experience in cloud security or compliance products is a strong advantage

• Organized and methodical in managing the sales cycle and handling multiple opportunities simultaneously

• Familiarity with sales tech tools, including HubSpot CRM

• A team player with experience working across rapidly expanding, cross-functional environments

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup settings

• Strong energy, transparency, and skills in fostering long-term client relationships

• Drive Growth: Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities in the US and UK markets, focusing on Scytale’s InfoSec and compliance SaaS solutions

• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, addressing their challenges and aligning Scytale’s offerings with their business needs

• Showcase Value: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique benefits and features of Scytale’s platform

• Collaborate: Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market feedback and industry trends in the US and UK
