Education Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Linguistics, Communication, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience Requirements:

• Passion for AI, chatbots, or software development tools

• Strong command of English (other languages a plus)

• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Curious mindset with willingness to experiment and iterate

• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and refine prompts to improve AI response quality

• Experiment with different prompting techniques to achieve consistent outputs

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align chat output with user needs

• Document prompt strategies, guidelines, and best practices

• Assist in evaluating model performance with real user queries
